1. About Vijay Sports
Vijay Sports is a family-run sporting goods retailer based in Nangal Raya, New Delhi, offering equipment, apparel, and accessories across cricket, football, badminton, fitness, and other sports.
2. Product Listings
We make every effort to display products accurately, but:
- Colours may vary slightly due to monitor/screen differences
- Pack sizes, accessories, or variants may differ from images shown
- Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice
- We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Razorpay-supported wallets
- Order is confirmed only after full payment is received
- GST invoice is provided for every order — share your GST number at checkout for input credit
4. Order Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order based on stock, pricing errors, fraud detection, or other reasons. If rejected, you will receive a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (logos, images, text, design) is owned by Vijay Sports or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vijay Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability for any claim is limited to the order value.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
1. Return Window
You can return most products within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- In resaleable condition
- Accompanied by the original invoice
2. Items NOT Eligible
- Inner wear, supporters, swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Custom-printed jerseys or personalised items
- Opened nutrition/supplement products
- Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page
- Items returned after 7 days
3. How to Initiate a Return

- We arrange free reverse pickup within 2-3 working days
- Once received and inspected, we issue refund or replacement
4. Refunds
- Refund is processed within 5-7 working days after the returned item passes inspection
- Refund is credited to the original payment method (UPI / card / bank account)
- COD orders refunded via bank transfer or store credit
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except for defective products
5. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no cost to you.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Once shipped, please use the return process. Bulk/custom orders are non-cancellable once production begins.

- FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999 within Delhi NCR
- Orders ₹999 and below: flat ₹50 shipping charge
- Delivery area: Currently we deliver only within Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad)
- Payment method: UPI transfer to 9972407750@pthdfc — share screenshot on WhatsApp after paying
- Bulk orders (10+ items): shipping calculated based on weight and destination
2. Delivery Time (Delhi NCR)
- Delhi (within ring road): 1-2 working days
- Outer Delhi + Gurugram + Noida: 2-3 working days
- Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Greater Noida: 3-4 working days
- Bulk/custom orders: timeline confirmed at order placement
3. Shipping Partners
We ship via Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Shiprocket and India Post. The carrier is chosen based on your pin code and product weight.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also message us anytime on +91 98112 07405 for status updates.
5. Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated date, contact us — we will follow up with the courier
- If the package shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 24 hours
- If you receive a damaged package, refuse delivery or photograph it immediately and contact us
6. Delivery Area
We currently deliver only within Delhi NCR — Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad. Other locations: please WhatsApp us — we may be able to arrange direct courier at additional cost.
7. Pin Code Serviceability
All Delhi NCR pin codes are serviceable. If your pin code is outside Delhi NCR, please contact us before ordering.
